Gold Spark Designs, LLC and its’ sole artist retain all copyrights to all artwork produced. Sale of artwork does not include the transfer of reproduction rights and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. Artwork shall not be distorted, mutilated, or otherwise modified without express written consent from the artist. All concepts, sketches, and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist. Prohibited use of all artistic work; physical, intellectual property, digital content, or services, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, due to the 'print-to-order' nature of our products as well as their low-cost, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer/printer or to Gold Spark Designs, LLC. Gold Spark Designs, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds, and exchanges at any time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We are conscious of the environmental impacts of returns and exchanges and consider public health implications as top priority. Measles and other contagious afflictions are spread via contaminated surfaces (clothing, blankets, mugs) if handled. Our items are personalized, printed, and/or for personal use and we have taken the time to include detailed, accurate descriptions of products for every item in our store.
